Our Civil construction team is closely involved in the planning and design phase and typically joins the project at the same time as the Architect. We provide input on construction ability, budget and schedule which reduces the costs. During the construction phase, our full time supervision team is on-site monitoring work to assure compliance with specifications, budget & schedule. Our team also acts a liaison to owner providing the on-going status of the project, producing monthly progress reports which detail the status of the job from start to finish.

RENOVATION & MAINTENANCE WORKS:

Further to our expertise in Interior Fitout Workers and our ability in Construction works automatically gives us additional mileage or capability to take up Renovation & Maintenance Works extensively. Our team ensures the building continues to operate in accordance with its design, including replacing elements which are approaching the end of their useful life. The processes and services required for renovations and maintenance are quite specific and our team has inept knowledge performing at the crunch situations to our Customer requirements.
